Step 1 - Ramp-up Time

• Let's figure out what needs to be covered.
• Discuss your company's testing needs:
  • one-time testing,
  • on-going testing,
  • current site,
  • new build/release, etc.
• Become familiar with the functionality as well as the look and feel of your site.
• Which operating systems/browser combinations should be covered?
• Do you have mobile apps that require testing? Which mobile devices?
• Do you need international builds tested?
• Do you need test cases written?
• How do you prefer to have your bugs reported and prioritized?
• Determine how much time you would like TheTestingTeam to spend testing your site.
• There is no charge for ramp-up time.

Step 2 - Testing

• TheTestingTeam will test your site according to the parameters set during ramp-up time.
• In general, usability issues, typos/grammar, security (XSS, URL manipulation, cookies, server errors), and functionality testing will be covered using the Exploratory Testing Method.
• All bugs will be prioritized, described, and all steps to reproduce will be listed.

Step 3 - Follow up

• TheTestingTeam will write a report summarizing the findings and discuss them with you.
• Do you want more testing to be done in a particular area?
• Would you like to have TheTestingTeam test future builds or features on a one-time basis or on-going?
